I know that there are numerous weight loss products and diets out there, I often ask myself what really works. What may work for you may not work for someone else. Well finally over the past year I have finally found what works for me. I would like to know what works for you as well. I am also willing to try new things. A person should not have to pay hundreds and hundreds for programs or equipment. I truely believe there are some things that have worked out very well for you and I want you to share with others. Start by writing things down, Food journal, Fittness journal, and Lifestyle journal. You need to closely look at your life and see where you can make some changes. I have already lost 12 lbs since the beginning of the new year and over 40 bs the past year. I have tried name brand items as well and will be sharing my successes with them as well. SO GET MOVING AND GET MOVITATED AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES

Here’s my big secret for losing just over 100 lbs since March 1 of 2007:
breakfast: black coffee, or tea
10:am or so, an apple or orange
12:30P: Lunch – any beef, chicken, or fish in about a six ounce quantity with fisftful of vegetables and a fruit
2:30p or so, Another fruite, apple or orange are my favs.
BEFORE 6pm: dinner. try to not make it same veggies as lunch.
Snack at night: 1 fruit and all the coffee or tea you can drink.
100 lbs in less than 1 year and believe me I’ve strayed. for example, just from this sunday, 2/3 to Monday 2/4 I was up 6 lbs for superbowl party eating. I know it wasn’t all real weight, but the scale reading is the scale reading. And, I weigh myself every morning, good or bad.
