Did I get your attention,  if so good.  I have discovered juicing.   WOW what a way to get your fill of raw veggies.  Fruit juices have a different effect on the body, it cn increase insulin levels and  and when the insulin levels are off it can counteract the the protein and not allow it to do its job.  Your body cannot handle the excess sugar and it is stored and once your muscles and liver have stored its glycogen, the excess sugar will result in being stored in the body as saturated fat.   Replacing excess fruit juices with veggie juice will help restore balance to your body biochemistry.  Years of bad eating can have a bad effect on your intestines.  All of the natural juices from the veggies is a good way to begin cleasing your body.  If you do choose to do so make sure you select colorful veggies for the most antioxidants.  Some geltle things to start ou with are green and leafy spiniach, red leaf lettuce, or romaine to name a few.  You can soften the taste with apples, grapes, or even pears.  If you have any experience or tips on juicing we would love to hear them.  Get motivated and get moving.

Diets and weight loss I have tried everything

I know that there are numerous weight loss products and diets out there, I often ask myself what really works.  What may work for you may not work for someone else.  Well finally over the past year I have finally found what works for me.   I would like to know what works for you as well.   I am also willing to try new things.  A person should not have to pay hundreds and hundreds for programs or equipment.  I truely believe there are some things that have worked out very well for you and I want you to share with others.  Start by writing things down, Food journal, Fittness journal, and Lifestyle journal.  You need to closely look at your life and see where you can make some changes.   I have already lost 12 lbs since the beginning of the new year and over 40 bs the past year.  I have tried name brand items as well and will be sharing my successes with them as well.  SO GET MOVING AND GET MOVITATED AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES
